Service
Cost, speeds, and technical support have all been good. Tech support is always eager to get any issues resolved, even if problems have needed to be escalated. My only concern has been the outages I’ve experienced in my area of West London, recently: 2 outages in recent months (despite being resolved reasonably quickly), have been less than ideal. However, I’ve generally received (almost) consistently good service, and would be happy to recommend.
