I booked car online
I booked car online. I didn't receive any confirmation email. When I called office to get confirm there was no response. I finally got confirm from FB messenger. I was running late to pick up the car, (ot was a saturday) i FB messaged to say we were running late due to traffic, we were told we would need to pick up the car another day due to staff committments. I then called and apologised and the gentlemen reluctantly said he'd wait. We got to the office. The man on the desk seemed annoyed and unfriendly. The car was not properly detailed, it was dirty with mud in the back and it wasn't that clean outside either. Having just rented a car from another rental car company last week, I can honestly say the difference in service and standard of vehicle cleanliness were miles apart. The car was great as it was large and what we needed, but I wouldn't use this company again.
