DO NOT EVER USE PODS TO MOVE!!!!! Absolutely the worst company to deal with! First let me say that there is not corporate number to reach them for problems that go unresolved. Here’s my story. PODS say that they will drop off between 10 am and 1pm, kept changing the time with no phone call and finally showed up after 5 pm. The pick up….. Scheduled for Saturday 730 am-1030 am. Changed the time 5 times, once again, no phone call, just email. Last time change was to be picked up by 730pm. No call no show. I call again, they tell me I have to wait until Monday now! The new owner is supposed to move in. Pod is blocking the parking in front of the house and I have no control to make sure no one is parked near it now. Stressed me out so much!!!!! And get this! Here it is Monday morning and they have rescheduled to Tuesday! And no one answers at the local facility to fix the issues. Is my stuff even going to make it to my new home in another state? And there is no one to contact if my stuff gets damaged in transit. Just someone in India answering phones.
