The app just stops working…
The app just stops working periodically. I contact support and they ask, "is A or B happening?" I respond not. Then I get another email asking the same thing and then another email after that again. So, the app will just keep retrying and retrying and then randomly start working. Then the progress bars stop functioning and I can only figure out it's uploading by checking my space used via the web login. Then things work perfectly for a few days until today and things are going haywire again. There is no corresponding conditions that change on my system when things go from good to poor. Also, their documentation on anything but the most basic things is pretty sparse. I'm pretty frustrated so far.
