Phone still not ported. Four weeks and counting.
Four weeks after joining Lebara my phone still hasn’t been ported in. I cannot receive calls or text messages. I have complained several times to Lebara but their customer services just keep saying that it will be fixed tomorrow. Finally I emailed the CEO yesterday and received a grovelling apology. Lebara are a ‘jam tomorrow’ company who are not equipped to deal with customer complaints. Avoid at all costs.
