The confusing new subscription checkout
The internet checkout prompts for subscribing to whatever you're purchasing are confusingly laid out — I had to try 3-4 times to check out until I could correctly complete the purchase. The layout is unnecessarily confusing, and I am an IT professional, so I can imagine how confusing it must be for a novice. One-time checkout is too complicated this way.
