Not good…
I was excited that I found a place that would come to me and make me keys. I ordered 2 Honda 2014 CR-V keys -very basic with 2 buttons on the fob. It worked for about 6 months and then it broke. The metal piece fell out of the plastic fob. Since I had a second backup key, ive been using that, but the lock and unlock work sparingly. Im really disappointed. To make things worse, I have tried to find a solution with customer service for a month now. Several calls, transfers, until finally someone said the dispatcher will call me and I have yet to receive that call. They claim one year warranty and its only been 6 months with problems on BOTH keys, and then when it comes to honoring their warranty, they disappear. They said there wasnt a dispatcher in my area....i heard so many things....i just want working keys!!! Major headache
