I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and quality of service from Auto Prep, start to finish. I got in touch after my car was written off by my insurance company following an accident. Auto Prep immediately went to go and see the car to give an honest and realistic second opinion on the damage. They advised me how I could keep the repairs affordable and within budget, even advising on second hand parts that I had found online. Had it not been them going above and beyond in this way, my car would have been scrapped. I was kept informed throughout the repair process and the work was carried out quickly and to a very high standard.
