Company agreed to carry forward my policy to next year as l was unable to use the purchased travel insurance because of COVID, l had to pay about £8 extra which in the grand scheme of things is acceptable. Replacement cancellation due to the virus and amendments should be covered which is all l need plus usual medical cover.
