From the start I was spoken to in a polite and friendly manner. Berfin was kind, friendly and professional and detailed who they were and the professional standards they maintain which is through the quality of their customer service and overall end product. Installers came in a prompt and friendly manner. Easily identifiable and maintained a high quality output. Very experienced it appeared. My family and I were very happy with the agreed windows and handles and were quick at their job and kept the home and their work area tidy. Highly recommended company and installers.
