Wines just drinkable, however Horrendous to deal with in my experience
Placed my second order on the 8th June and expected delivery within 3 days, however 8 days passed and had still not heard from the company. I chased 8 days later to be informed that the bottles were broken in transit (2 boxes of 6 so I’d suggest it unlikely that both boxes contents broke) - they didn’t bother informing me by the way and I had to chase. They then said that the Prosecco was “out of stock” and they would refund and then send the 6 bottles of Rose (I declined this option) - let’s see if I get the refund as it appears others have struggled from what I have read. You cannot speak to their customer service as it goes direct to voicemail. This is the second time I’ve been let down by Slimwine and thought I would give them another chance (never again). Review on the wine - the Red is truly horrendous 2.1 on Vivino says it all White - was just drinkable Rose - wouldn’t know as have not received Prosecco - my wife liked it due to the fact of zero calories and said she could sacrifice a half decent taste in order to save on Sugar intake Summary - great concept, however poor execution in both quality and service
