loss of a client
On behalf of a client, we uploaded files to share with 30 users on iDrive.com. Unfortunately, after a few hours, the files became inaccessible. We contacted support, and while the issue was resolved the next day, it reoccurred within a few hours. We reached out to support again, and the files were made accessible once more. However, the issue happened a third time, forcing us to open a third ticket. It's been six days, with three tickets opened, and the problem persists. Our client has lost trust in the service, and as a result, we appeared incompetent, offering a service that doesn't work. Our experience with iDrive.com has been extremely disappointing, leading to the loss of a client. We cannot recommend this service to anyone who needs consistent reliability and efficient support.
