Boss your Delivery Company

After waiting quite some time for our goods to be available, we were then taken through a verification process to detail delivery instructions, including guidance and notes they needed to be aware of. This was a requirement of the delivery company on advance of the delivery day. Yet, delivery never happened, as we got a message on the delivery day to advise, they had forgot to load the items onto the delivery! Can you talk to Victorian Plumbing? No, unless you are in the trade! So you have to email them. They eventually come back to you, but don't answer all of the points. Why we even found out they don't have a complaints dept.,! So much for taking control. So Victorian Plumbing boss your delivery company and exercise some corporate oversight of standards. We cancelled the order, yet they would not refund until the delivery company returned the goods! So if they could not be bothered to load the items for delivery to us, what hope was there that they would return the goods to Victorian Plumbing promptly! So be warned potential customers. We will never use them again and as this was out first shop with them, they really sealed the deal to customer experience. I am not given the option by the way to rate them '0' stars.
