Avoid – Misleading Course Info and Unprofessional Conduct
I was pressured into making early payments for a course that, according to their enrolment officer Pippa, would start in spring. After signing up, another staff member, Elle, told me the start date would actually be September. Later, the manager admitted there was no guarantee the course would run as promised, with September being only a “likely” start date. Communication was poor, staff were disorganised, and the sales tactics were aggressive—completely at odds with the ethical, person-centred values they claim to promote. I have decided not to continue with them and have advised my colleagues not to apply. Their conduct is unacceptable and frankly disgusting. I’ve escalated a formal complaint and am pursuing a refund under my consumer rights, as this feels like clear misrepresentation. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
