Simple order of 5 items was split across 3 deliveries in a week, which is terrible. Especially if you want to choose quickly and get going. The return process was more painful as it’s NOT FREE RETURNS and I had to send them back to two different addresses per brand which is just crap. 6min wait for phone support. Never using JD again.
