Very caring and reassuring
As I was very anxious and emotional about making a claim it was a relief to talk to Emily . She was very empathetic ,reassuring and explained the claim process to me very clearly . As i am a receptionist i am well aware how important first impressions are to the public and it was a pleasure to speak to her .
