Just a scam

First I registered, during registration as usual I was asked for ID, biometrics, phone number. Registration was successful. After some time I decided to use the service, but found out that the account was blocked, so I did not make any outgoing transactions or replenish my wallet. Support responded that they considered my account suspicious and blocked it. The guys are just collecting personal data. I can't wait for my ID to appear in some dubious schemes.

They bombarded me with spam

They bombarded me with spam, I click Unsubscribe in every message - it doesn’t help, I started correspondence with support, they didn’t help me at all. Just a nightmare, marketing practices from the early 2000s.
