Ghosting behaviour from this firm.
l understand why this company has many low reviews. ln a current dispute with a training provider, l was informed that the legal adviser J.P. was asking me to clarify my claims and the resolution l am seeking, along with my basis for a breach of contract claim. Those claims were fully provided to the training provider, the operation manager and to the centre director last year and they were available to J.P. to be viewed and to provide me with a response. Then they made further requests which l emailed to and further clarifications with evidence on the dates stated on the previous emails conversation. Everything is recorded. This advisor has full access to those files but now that they received what they have been asking me for months, out of the blue they are acting "silent", namely this advisor is "ghosting" me. This is not the professionalism you expect. Again, this is London in 2024.
