Waiting for months for job completion
I entered into a contact with this company in January 2025 .The job still has not been completed. It is 30/5/2025 today . Mr Mark Burgess the installation manager even asked me to make the final payment before completion. He fobs me off with dates and then silence. Speaking to other staff members I get told that Mark will contact me and he never does. I am withholding the final payment but the company does not seem to be interested in completing the job and receiving the outstanding money [a substantial sum] I have never ever dealt with such a poor service provider in my life . My advice to anyone wishing to do business with this company is AVOID THEM FOR PEACE OF MIND.
