They abuse customer rights

I ordered the medication, they say it’s been delivered however it didn’t. They said they’re going to raise a claim with Royal Mail and I need to wait 30 days, however this is a medication and legally it’s not up to the customer what’s going on between the Merchant and the courier so they are breaching and abusing the customer rights just to try and save! Very wrong
