Great customer service!
I placed my original order through another company, but Humble packed and shipped for them. However, their customer service was HORRIBLE. Only half of my order was delivered and the other implant basically fought me over this for weeks, refusing to refund me for what I didn’t receive and taking zero ownership on my issue, they told me to contact USPS as if they had anything to do with it. I finally reached out to Humble directly, and the same day they responded! With friendliness and a prompt solution. They immediately got the other half of my order in the mail. I’ll be ordering directly from now on! They know how to gain and keep customers.
