My Scuff controller got stick drift
My Scuff controller got stick drift, which all controllers get eventually but Nick, a customer service representative at Scuff went above and beyond to help me with a warranty claim. Her response time and care to keep me updated on the process was amazing. Purchasing a Scuff was an investment and I trusted that the brand would live up to the standard it sets in the quality of its controllers. I can say without a doubt that it did and highly recommended purchasing a Scuff if you are serious about gaming. What a wonderful brand and thank you Sara for a great experience.
