Sketchy cancellation policy
The Tokyo Treat boxes delivered what they promised for the duration of our subscription. However, despite only subscribing for 6 months, my subscription was automatically renewed without my consent after the 6 months had passed. I immediately cancelled the subscription before any more boxes had been sent, but the company refused to honor the cancellation and provide me with a refund. Instead, they continued to send me boxes and charge me for them. Incredibly shady business practice and I will not be purchasing from this company again.
