Service is slipping ...
Had two bad experiences now with stock levels in the Mulgrave store. First time was in store, an advertised special out of stock. Yesterday I placed an online order for pick up, only to receive a call to say they didn't have the stock to fill the order - and I had paid for it by then, if course. Have been a regular, loyal customer for a long time. Now waiting on a refund that will probably take 5 days. Have placed an order with one of Dan's competitors at only a few cents more per bottle but with free delivery thrown in. Sorry, Dan, you might have just lost a regular customer.
