Error on website: +15% ticket price
Normally, we always enjoy flying with SunExpress. Two weeks ago, we booked two tickets again. Without our knowledge, the amount was refunded a few days later, without any email or notification. After we found out, we called customer service. It turned out to be an error on the website, which was annoying but SunExpress's fault. However, the tickets had increased in price by 15%. It was not possible to rebook the tickets at the original price. We requested several times that the differencshould bcompensated. Unfortunately, they did not agree to this.
