I guess two out of three depts. aren't bad
I made an online appointment for early evening the next day. The sales rep - Diane J., arrived on time. She was very well informed about the variety of types of materials being used by the industry. She showed us samples of the product they use. She told us how the installs are done. Told us about lead time to get install done. Very good rep. Received call for install sooner than expected. Then another about an earlier Saturday install, then another saying that install was not available I would get my original date. Thirty minutes later that the date was no longer available and rescheduled for one week later. Then another call asking if I wanted to reschedule for an earlier date. I lost my mind and told them NO. Seems like the scheduling dept. needs to get it together. Installers were to arrive between 8 and 10. Arrived at 8:15. Justin D. was lead installer. Got straight to the job, showed him where the install was to be done then where the shut off was. While he was tuning the water off the rest of the crew was laying tarps from the front door to Master bath. I checked on the process at different times during the day and Justin told me about what was going on and asked if I had questions. Install was completed and cleanup done by 5:15. Justin D. and Eli R. did an excellent job on the install.
