Execrable cusomter service
We have an electricity business account and i wanted to check our consumption on line. The system would not respond to my request for a password reset, so I tired to register. it would not accept my account number even though it ids written on my invoice. I tried ot phone but gave pu after 30 minutes on hold. So I tried the online chat but the so called expert agent kept telling me it did not understand what i was saying. Finally got through on the phone to be told that the IT department would check the fault and get back to me in three working days. Our Gas is with Octopus who are just terrific. wil change ot them asap.
