Destroyed my luggage
Please avoid this airline- we had this as part of a TUI package and vowed never to use Sun Express again. On collection of our suitcases after the return flight we noticed that they were both badly damaged I reported this with photos on the sun express website and have received a very abrupt reply stating that as I did not fill out a form at the airport they have flat out refused my claim I am not a seasoned traveler and was not aware I had to report damage at the airport. Two brand new cases destroyed and the airline don’t care at all Also received very rude in flight service on the return journey with staff ignoring everyone and halting service part way through and closing all but 1 toilet for a great length of time In flight meals below par and very expensive soft drinks ( if you were lucky enough to be served). Tried to complain via TUI who passed me back to sun express.
