Cruise was cancelled, i’ve waited for refund for 7 mos

Princess cancelled our cruise, and after seven months we are still waiting for them to refund our hotel cost. I’ve submitted the refund request and receipts THREE times, called them monthly, and they always say my check is on its way. But it never comes. Worst customer service experience ever. We are long-time Princess customers but will never go again. They used to be the best so it’s sad to see their lack of concern for their customers.
