EXCELLENT SERVICE on ZANTE, Greece
We booked a car for the full 2 weeks for our stay on ZANTE, Greece and chose this company as they were based at the airport. From the start it was brilliant, smiles, happy helpful staff and the car was handed over within 15 minutes of arrival. We took out the extra insurance in the UK and they were fine with that when I showed them the policy. They secured the 700 EUR deposit on my credit card (pre-authorisation) which was the maximum charge for damage. This was cleared from my card after the first week. We paid the full charge for the car at the same time. Unfortunately the car developed a fault in the 2nd week whilst we were driving back from KAMPI. We called them and within an hour and 15 minutes they had arrived with a pick up truck and another car to take us back to their offices to get another car. The drive back took about 25 mins. We were there completing the paperwork to cancel the first car and take the new car which was an upgrade and we happily continued our holiday. Upon returning the car, it was smiles and quick checks and we were on our way to the airport. Highly recommend this company as they are professional, caring, friendly and ensured we were ok by keeping in touch on my mobile phone when we got stranded. I would definitely book with them again.
