Shocking, went to shop , 3 hour wait , so left and did online valuation, I received quote today..joke , how can a pair of brand new unworn valentino shoes , still with price tag of £900 pounds have a valuation of £145 pounds?? Absolute rip off, theyve got the same shoes on their website 2nd hand for 450 pounds..AVOID
