Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost They never told my proxy in Lagos about a £15 delivery charge and then turn around to contact me about a £15 charge before delivery. Saying that the goods has arrived the UK. They also tried to make my proxy tell me that he forgot to tell me about it. This is after spending an overly expensive shipping fee of about £7 per kg. I still have not received my goods, they charged for 22kg and I only got 5kg. They still have not delivered my good and no contact whatsoever when. The last guys I used didn't take me through this. Please avoid! Edit - 02/02/2025 after the reply: Look at them replying and trying to say all sort to cover their face claiming its a competitor, knowing fully well there is no avenue to attach screen shots on trust pilot. I paid for 22 Kg and only received 5kg, and they asking me for extra £15 to deliver my parcel, message from a number ending 5931, from Boluwatife asking me to credit Sureman ventures Ltd account. Please deliver the rest of my goods You took £3(N,6000 for a carton ) and then £7.5 (N14,500 for protein), so how is that a flat rate of 6,500. I got 5kg delivered thru DPD, and I paid for 22kg in total. N187,500. You just need to investigate this and get the rest of my goods delivered and buger off. Third Edited updated- Do you see how inconsistent you have been with all your replies. You thought you were smart by quickly editing it again. Because I came with proofs. You had claimed that I was a competitor and nothing as such transpired earlier, before updating it again. And you had written previously that you had a flat rate of 6400. And all those was saved. Why not leave the earlier comments. I can only but pity the ones that fall into your traps. Never again. There are better and more straight forward cargo companies which I had always used. Can you imagine coming to you on referral and having an aweful experience. You delievered only 5kg out of 22kg and now taken ownership because I called you out, that good will have been history, and now you claim there should be a £15 charge which was never communicated to my proxy earlier in the process. He came with 22kg to be delivered to the UK. 'If I require doorstep delivery?' Where else does a good get delivered to ? London for a Midlands postcode? Or where is the collection point? No communication about that. You have been very dishonest, and yours is not a straight forward business and I hope those who see this on Trust Pilot are saved from such mishaps. There is aweful customer service, you change your responses on Trust pilot without leaving the earlier aweful responsese and then you cliam that £15 was not paid and that one had asked for their 22kg of goods to be delivered seperstely which is not true. If I can pay 187500 what is 30,000 on top of it that I cannot pay, even after sending 260,000 to my proxy. . It was never communicated and you did not take ownership. This time you fell in the hands of an experienced one, who is ready to call out your failings on Trustpilot. Next time apologise and make things right, that's the British way. Anyone who's ready for hassles should use this company, but for myself, it is good riddance to bad services.
