PBM left us with No heating and poor…
PBM left us with No heating and poor hot water for almost a month now, boiler was fully working until they sent someome in the middle of the winter to do annual service and could not switch the communal boiler back on, redicilous right, your management as in full is very poor and i cant understand how you get good rrviews on Feefo i couldnt find a way to write a comment in there but im happy with trust pilot as it reflects people opinions, we are at Townsend/Lucas House suffering when you are sitting in your offices or homes warm, PBM is by far the worst, you guys dont like to do anything apart from over charging for very poor service and sending wrong accounts (figuers) for us to pay, i personaly had enough and the landlord should step in and do something by finding a management who deals with major issues not just talk and say they doing their best ,you didnt even do proper search to find the right company to fix our iltalian communal boiler, you just send people who knows nothing about the boiler, we have old people with children who can be sick. You are the worst so far so i give you 0 star, you should shame of yourselves over charging us everytime and not doing the job tje landlord gave to you.
