Crooks, took my money in November, and today STILL NO REFUND
They took my money in November 2023, the transaction failed and they have not refunded the transaction as of to-date, 5th Jan 2024. They keep giving the SAME excuses saying "technical issues". DO NOT BUY from them, they are simply CROOKS. Update 9th Jan: Finally refunded. Thanks to Trustpilot being a transparent platform, my 2 months of contacting customer service did not address anything but grief but posting on Trustpilot works!
