Smooth transaction and paid the same day at 5pm. Driver was very helpful told me what to do regarding scrapping vehicle online. Only grumble is that he rang me at 7.30am when the car was meant to be collected at 12pm. However it was good to get it sorted. Just wish it wasn't such a early wake up call. But apart from that it was easy and efficient.
