Tutoring = 5* / Service = 0 I would give their service a negative rating if I could. I can't speak to anyone on the phone. They send template emails. It's extremely frustrating. I've being trying to sort out my account for 2 weeks, even taking a snapshot of my bank account to show them how much funds are in it. Funny how the debit for a cancelled failed session works every time. Rather sign up with a service where you can actually speak to someone on the phone who is willing to assist you as my son has already missed half the term. And to think I was going to sign my other son up as he's just started grade 2!
