The delivery was an absolute disaster. Instead of sending the package to my chosen location, it was dispatched to a place far from my home. To add insult to injury, this location currently has no access due to roadworks. It is not a DHL point; it's a residential house functioning as a hub for several delivery services. Packages are strewn about everywhere, and the people managing it take an eternity to locate anything in that chaos.
