A MUST TRY!!
Having run a running club for many years, I'm always open to hearing about different kinds of energy and nutrition supplements. I was recently recommended to VOOM by a friend (and GB cyclist), I thought I'd take advantage of their FREE trial box of energy bars to use on a half marathon last weekend. I can't rate the boost bar enough! At mile 11 I felt like I had plenty more miles left in me, not to mention how clear my mind became. Gone are the gloopy gels and jellyfied bars from the past!! VOOM bars are easy to digest, fast acting and pleasant in the mouth. A "must have" in your race kit.
