So I've been conned. All these years I've thought myprotien shakes were quite tasty! Well monkey blow it out the water. Mix very well, really smooth and tasty. I can't tell you if it works as I've only had it a week, but it's a joy to drink. The delivery is quick too, giving you a the options of when it's best for them deliver to you. Definitely, welcomed so far!!
