Wow Wow Wow !!
Wow Wow Wow !!! As someone who really struggled with their weight I have literally tried everything !!! Slimming world , weight watchers but I always found I was still soooo hungry anyways after a conversation with my friends they told me to try FRESH as they had just had a trial pack and they loved it ! For a few reasons the main ones being : convenance, how tasty each meal was and obviously the fact it was so well calorie controlled ,, so I ordered a trial and before i knew it I was ordering the next two weeks 7 days meals. I have never had a meal I did not like and knowing I have deliveries on the way it really sets my week up well and Each meal is so filling !! I lost 6 pounds in my first two weeks without even an ounce of exercise 😁😁. The meals really set me up for success for the weeks ahead & it doesn’t just stop with the meal prep they have an online Facebook platform for members like me so we can discuss how our weeks gone and we are provided with professional advice for free !!!
