SCF failed to track our 2X freight & not fix
2 times our freight was not passed by customs because the sender used the wrong shipping methods and so SFC returned the items to the sender, BUT SFC DID NOT record the returns in their tracking system to complete the process. So then the insurer was wrong to think our items were still in transit for 3 months. We asked SFC twice to correct & update the tracking but they just IGNORED our requests.
