Unacceptable delays and a new process added weeks after passing left me feeling like I wasted 6 months.
Unacceptable delays for marking and a new process (added weeks after passing L4) wasted 6 months. I finally received my L4 certificate now (20th June) after a new process was added 7 weeks after I'd officially passed my L4. I originally selected this company as I work full-time and wanted plenty of time to complete my qualifications. What I did not predict is that I would complete all my work in just over a year, but be severely delayed due to awaiting marking and certificates. At this price point I was really disappointed and felt that my achievements in completing my work at great pace were sabotaged as 1 year and 7 months passed before I received all my certificates. This could have easily been completed within a year without such delays. I must include that I was satisfied with the workshops I attended as the assessors were very knowledgeable and helpful. Similarly all staff I had contact with in the company were helpful, pleasant and professional. The majority of the online content was user friendly and cohesive. The certificates are emailed and can be printed, I would have preferred more professional certificates to be posted. In summary if you have no wish to complete this qualification in a timely fashion then I would definitely recommend Future Fit. If you are hoping to work hard and complete this qualification quickly then I'd suggest an alternative provider. Obviously I have no concept of how long other companies would take to process this qualification, I just know I am not satisfied with the time wasted with Future Fit. I did raise my concerns with the company and received a very pleasant response with apologies and an explanation of reasons (backlog etc).
