Zero customer service whatsoever
Item was failed to deliver by postal service which said I had to contact Mystery Kits for a replacement. After refusing to respond to any emails re the delivery services, they have refused to issue a replacement or to reply to any emails. Your suspicion levels about this lot should be heightened by the fact there is no contact telephone number. A clearly crooked bunch, definitely avoid using (there are alternatives) - have complained to Trading Standards and the Ombudsman, advise everyone else failed by this lot to do the same.
