Thanks to Bilal for sorting out my faulty gas meter. He sent a text message in the morning and arrived as scheduled. The job was completed swiftly and efficiently. He asked if I had any questions and also whether I was familiar with the Fuse app. He then showed me the completed work and explained how to check my readings if required. He was polite throughout.
