Get the confirmation and notice the dates are wrong Immedialtly call - try to change. Emilie in the reception says - theres no cancel. I say - dont wanna cancel - just change the dates. Promised a call back, promised new call back next morning. Never heard a thing. Sent mail to 3 different Thonhotels adresses. No reply. Reservation 374080389. So you get NOK 2 200 for nothing, but you also loose 68 potensial customers.
