Horrible customer "service"
I have contacted Czech Airlines several times over a period of 8 months. Finally wrote that I would write a review if they did not respond. So here it is... One of their flights was delayed so is I was stranded in the airport. The person at the counter said that he could not help with hotel - explained that there was nothing available according to the special agreement between Czech Airlines and the hotels, but if I called then I would be able to find a room and that this would be covered by Czech Airlines. When I called all hotels by the airport were fully booked. I managed to find a hotel in Prague. Took a taxi late in the evening and returned to the airport early the next morning. Gathered and sent my receipts to Czech Airlines and have only managed to receive a standard reply "Your inquiry was successfully delivered. It will be carried out based on the applicable law and in the shortest time possible". Have since then called several times - the message was to fill out the request online... which I have done. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and been very patient as I know that mistakes happen, but this type of service is unacceptable and they have had several opportunities to rectify the damage.
