Worst every experience of my lifetime
Worst every experience of my lifetime. The courier guys were abusing on the top notch over call when I was following up. It was supposed to be a surprise which later on was ruined. We were so disheartened that we asked to cancel and refund million times but the pathetic customer reps like mohit, gopi, ravi messed it all up and didn't arrange for a refund and over that forcefully delievered to my doorstep and the cake is lying there now rotting.
