My Order for Blade Runner 2049 First …
My Order for Blade Runner 2049 First Edition Numbered CD never arrived. I contacted them and just got automated generic responses the first five or so times. When I eventually got hold of them I ended up getting told my package was shipped with a certain courier when I contacted that courier they had no record of it. Music today then told me it was another courier and so on and so forth... this went on a few more times. They are unsympathetic, unhelpful and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID at all costs. I have to let my partner know that the xmas present she was so very excited for will now never arrive and that is the worst part of all. I am still waiting for a refund. I hope the company goes in to liquidation and soon.
