If I could give e-capital a Zero rating, I would. People, please pay attention to the negative reviews because it is happening, e Capital is robbing us and unfortunately, I cannot get out of the contract until March 2025 so until then they will continue to Rob me of my hard-earned money. the factoring fee agreed to was 2.75% and then a year later they bumped it up to 3.45% plus $1 fee per invoice submitted and $5 ACH fee. In the beginning of 2024, they added a $35 per invoice fee if the batch isn't $3,500 or more, well guess what I Have been submitting batches of more than $3,500 and my account still shows a negative amount, and that's how e-capital continues to rob me, and I am sure they are doing this to many more small companies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACTORING COMPANY.
