I will never use Travelocity again
I will never use Travelocity again! I would have been better off booking my flights myself. They changed my flights 3 times in 6 months and never notified me of any of the changes - I had to call to find out, and since I didn't get notified, I was kicked off the flights and actually didn't have a flight anymore! When I called them, I was on hold for an hour plus and then disconnected and had to do it all over again. After two days of trying to contact them, they finally told me the bad flights that they had put me on that weren't anything like what I had originally booked and asked that I confirm that I wanted them in order to be on them. And I had to take the flights because I really needed to get to Alaska. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER USE TRAVELOCITY OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!! Please don't stress yourself out like I did by using them!
